Alerts that only fire when something is really going on
If your visibility drops demonstrably, you hear about it, in Slack or Teams. If a dip cannot be told apart from noise statistically, you hear nothing. That last part is the feature.

Every assistant is watched separately.
How it works
- →Notifications per assistant separately, because a brand can vanish at one assistant while the average shows nothing.
- →The brake: if the confidence intervals of two periods overlap, there is statistically nothing to report and it stays quiet.
- →Delivery in Slack, Teams or via a generic webhook to your own systems.
- →Every alert links straight to the measurements and answers it is based on.
Why it is built this way
AI answers vary by nature. Whoever alerts on every movement trains their users to ignore notifications. Geony measures every question multiple times and only alerts when the change falls outside the confidence interval. That way a notification really means something, and the channel stays quiet enough to take seriously.
A drop from 56% to 22% that meant nothing
That drop was really in our measurement history: one day apart, the same configuration. Alarming at first sight, but the confidence intervals overlapped completely, so it was noise. A tool that sends a red notification for that teaches you within a week to click red notifications away. Geony held its tongue, and that was the right answer.
What it is not
the boundary, on purposeGeony sends no daily 'your score is now X' updates and no notifications for movements within the noise margin. No enthusiastic notifications to feign engagement; an alert is only there when there is something to do. Silence here is a design choice, not a malfunction.
The best alarm is one you trust, precisely because it usually stays silent.
Frequently asked questions
In which channels do alerts arrive?
Slack and Teams via a webhook, or a generic webhook to your own systems. That way a notification lands where your team is already looking, instead of in a separate dashboard nobody opens.
Why do I sometimes get no notification for a visible drop?
Because the drop falls within the confidence margin and therefore cannot be told apart from chance. If the intervals of the two periods overlap, the alarm deliberately stays silent. That is exactly what prevents a false alarm.
Can I watch per assistant separately?
Yes, and that is the default. A brand can vanish entirely at one assistant while the average shows nothing; that is why the alerting evaluates each assistant on its own.
