How credits and measurements work
Geony charges in measurements, not in vague tiers. Once you understand what one measurement is, you understand exactly what you are buying.
What is one measurement?
One measurement is one question, asked once to one assistant, fully analysed: mentioned or not, in what context, with which sources. Because each question is repeated several times per round across three assistants, one question therefore uses several measurements per round.
Your monthly budget
Every plan has a measurement volume per month that you divide yourself across your questions, projects and measurement rhythm. Measure more often or across more questions and you use it up faster. The volume per plan is on the pricing page.
Buying extra and trial measurements
If you run short of budget, you buy separate credit packages alongside your subscription. New accounts also get a number of free trial measurements to start without payment details.
Cancelling
A monthly subscription can be cancelled per month via the customer portal, with no notice period. An annual commitment is also billed per month, but runs for at least a year and cannot be cancelled midway; you can cancel in the app towards the end of the current year. Remaining measurements stay valid after cancellation: you have paid for what is still there.
